This photo was taken in the summer of 1938 by Lithuanian-American artist Ben Shahn and shows boxcars stopped outside the Container Corporation of America building in Circleville, Ohio. CCA was one of the largest companies at the time in the small city and manufactured paper and cardboard using straw, a by-product of neighboring farms.
